To get VOOM:

• You must be within the lower 48 United States (not available in Alaska or Hawaii).

• You must have a land line phone.

• If you rent your home, you need to get permission for installation from your landlord.

Home owners take note - regardless of what your home owners association rules may say, your right to install a satellite dish of under 1 meter in diameter is guaranteed to you by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in almost all cases. If you meet resistance from your home owners association, zoning department or other agency you may need to refer them to the FCC Rules
